Ohio Wesleyan was just named to the 2013 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll with distinction. This marks the fifth consecutive year the University has been named to the national Honor Roll. For 2009, OWU also was named one of three recipients in the country of the Presidential Award for Excellence in General Community Service.

There are scores of opportunities to serve with partner agencies, non-profit organizations, student initiatives and campus projects. Most enable you to make a real difference in others’ lives while gaining hands-on experience. How do you get started? The service learning staff stands ready to help you discern the "fit" that's right for you. The first step is to visit our office on the fourth floor of the Hamilton Williams Campus Center. The second step is to roll up your sleeves.
