Academics

MANY OWU FACULTY incorporate service in their teaching. Opportunities include internships with local agencies, fieldwork placements, research and special projects to help meet specific community needs. The Community Service Learning Office works closely with several academic departments, providing in-class presentations and individualized consultations to help match students with the best possible service learning experience.

OWU also offers a broad spectrum of off-campus study, including research opportunities, internships and apprenticeships in other parts of the US, and several study abroad programs.
